Lessons may focus on general Korean, Korean conversation, or TOPIK, depending on what you need. Based on your application and level test results, the teacher will suggest the areas you should prioritize and the most suitable direction for your lessons.

What You Can Study
General Korean
You will study vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, and speaking at a level appropriate for you.
Lessons go beyond simply explaining textbook content. You will also practice how to use the grammar and expressions you have learned in real sentences.
Lessons are tailored to your current level, from basic Korean sentences to more complex grammar and expressions.
Korean Conversation
You will practice speaking based on your interests and the situations in which you need to use Korean.
In addition to forming grammatically correct sentences, you will learn natural expressions and speaking styles that Koreans actually use.
The teacher will identify recurring issues with vocabulary, grammar, and sentence construction as you speak and help you express yourself more naturally.
TOPIK
Depending on your current level and target level, you will study TOPIK vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, and writing.
Rather than focusing only on answering practice questions, lessons will help you identify why you made mistakes and improve the areas in which you need more practice.
Priority will be given to the areas you need most, based on your current ability and exam schedule.
Your Lesson Plan Will Be Decided After a Level Test
Please provide your current Korean level and previous learning experience in the application form.
You may also explain why you are learning Korean and what you hope to achieve, such as using Korean for business, travel, living in Korea, or preparing for an exam. This information will be considered when planning your lessons.
Once your application has been accepted, you will complete a short level test.
Based on your application and level test results, the teacher will identify your current level and areas that need improvement, then suggest the content you should prioritize and the most suitable direction for your lessons.
Your goals and preferences will also be considered. However, rather than covering too many areas within one package, lessons will prioritize the goals that are most important for you at your current level.
8-Session Package
- The package includes eight one-on-one Korean lessons.
- All eight lessons must be completed within five weeks from the date of the first lesson.
- To continue studying, you may register for another 8-session package.
- Specific lesson content and direction will be decided after reviewing your application and level test results.
- The lesson schedule will be arranged between the student and the teacher.
If You Want to Focus on Pronunciation
Pronunciation issues that arise while speaking can also be identified and corrected during 1:1 Korean Lessons.
However, if you already understand the meanings and grammar of Korean sentences well and want to focus specifically on pronunciation and intonation, 1:1 Korean Pronunciation Coaching may be more suitable for you.
